I am Oliver, the head chef and founder of Maitsemaa OÜ.

On this page, I would like to briefly introduce the story of our company.

Our journey began in the summer of 2007, inspired by the simple yet naturally presented dishes of Scandinavian cuisine. This gave us the idea to create a catering service in Estonia based on similar principles, which has grown over nearly 20 years into the Metsarestoran brand.
