The idea of Maitsemaa Forest restaurant started from an insight into Scandinavian cuisine, which is very varied.
Using a lot of local food products (berries, mushrooms, herbs, etc.), it gives the opportunity to offer delicious, balanced food that is pleasing to the eye.
These principles fit well with our way of thinking.
